If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our dedicated support team is here to assist you with a quick and easy exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
